Wanda Shreve is a workplace lawyer, investigator, mediator and trainer, and principal of Wanda Shreve HR Law, Investigation & ADR Services.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Wanda practiced management-side labour and employment law at a national firm before holding senior roles in private and public sector organizations.
Wanda leverages the breadth of her experience to advise employers on matters ranging from legislative compliance to workplace culture. Clients appreciate her ability to provide legal advice with a leadership lens: her guidance is pragmatic, strategic, and effective.
Wanda conducts independent investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination, misconduct, retaliation and violence. She provides crucial conversation coaching, facilitates accommodation and return-to-work plans and offers alternative dispute resolution services that focus on providing a fair process to parties. Wanda is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO).
Wanda’s lived experience ignites her passion for helping create a world where W-O-R-K isn’t a 4-letter word. She helps leaders navigate complex “World of Work” issues in a fun, engaging and safe learning/discussion environment.
Wanda regularly speaks, writes, and volunteers her time championing caregiving, diversity-equity-inclusion-belonging, psychological health and safety, and leadership practices that increase “#JobJoy”.
